Lamorna has a very non-judgmental nature as a friend and Coach and yet is honest and encouraging. A balance not many can strike. In addition, she is really interested in helping people to improve, using a holistic approach she gives useful and genuine advice. This is particularly important if you have like me a full on lifestyle with a demanding full time job and 3 little monkeys. This doesn’t leave a lot of space for cooking extraordinary meals 3 times a day or going to the gym for hours. So Lamorna gives advice for nutrition and fitness that suits one’s personal lifestyle. This is what I really value and can certainly recommend to be the best value for money therefore.

“Those people that have known me, know that exercise of any kind is alien to me! Not having done any exercise since leaving school, not only did I surprise myself but both friends and family alike. The experience has been a complete learning curve, both educational and full of surprises, who would believe at the beginning that I would survive the first session let alone complete the full 6 weeks. Even more surprising was asking for when the next session was added to the fact that even whilst on holiday I was continuing the sessions.
Life changing it has been, Latte are now a thing of the past, it’s all about the skinny.
